Atlantic City(AC) New Jersey is well known throughout the eastern portion of the united states. It is filled with board walk, hotels, casinos and much much more. One of the key attractions, however, is not man made. Atlantic City was build on a plot of land with the ocean to one side and rivers and small bays to the other. It is important to note, that because of where it is built there are few roads that lead directly into Atlantic City(AC) from the main land; Absecon Blvd, New Jersey Route 87, Margate Blvd, Albany Blvd and the Atlantic City Express Way(toll Road). When planning on traveling any of these roads you might want to check the traffic reports, although more than likely there will be some traffic.
What to Do In Atlantic City?
When you are in Atlantic City, there are loads of things to do. In fact AC is basically a big vacation destination. Atlantic city is known for its great night life and beautiful beaches and board walks. There are literally miles of board walk and many more miles of beaches. Atlantic city also has amusement parks, tours, theaters, sporting events and museums, including Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum. If you are more interested in nature and good old fashioned, and free, fun, you can go to the beach, or if you like fishing, there are plenty of places to go or you can book a fishing trip.
AC Fine Dining
Atlantic City is a very well catered area, and if you can't find a place you like, you are beyond picky. There are local restaurants that offer many things, and my personal favorite, sea food. There are many take out and eat in places, including expensive fine dining and some smaller shops.
